JOB DESCRIPTION:
We worked on a room in this Finsbury Park property which had seen brighter days.
We started with the significant oil spill on one of the walls before moving on to the dried damp stains around the window area, ensuring treatment is effective.
There was also black soot on the walls and ceiling which needed a good ol clean.
With the window seals filled and sanded, the room was ready for a fresh coat of paint.
